These digital download building plans will show you how to make two different size wooden Christmas Trees. The larger tree stands 27 inches tall (68.58 centimeters) x 18 inches wide (45.72 centimeters). The smaller tree stands 16 inches tall (40.64 centimeters) x 10 inches wide (25.40 centimeters). You can rotate the branches so the tree has a spiral shape or spoke shape or move them around to any shape you wish after you build it. Could also be just everyday wooden trees after you make and paint or stain them.

WARNING: All Parts drawings are HAND DRAWN. NOT PART TEMPLATES! You will need to draw the parts out with a pencil on a piece of wood according to the sizes in the sketches using a geometry set and a ruler. THIS PROJECT IS NOT EASY and there will be lots of trial and error. So if you're expecting perfect easy to follow building plans with nice easy part templates to cut out, or perfect computer generated blue prints, then this is NOT the project for you. Also, DON'T purchase this if you're expecting me to hold your hand through the building process. If you're mechanically inclined, have infinite patience, and feel you have the required skill level to tackle complex projects, then by all means, take a chance, and purchase these plans. Lots of people have successfully built this project, and others could not, but if you're the type of person who whines and complains, when things don't go as expected, don't blame me or my building plans with a bad review, because you have been warned in advance.
Gravity Powered Kinetic Sculpture Plans is a 22 page digital download of instructions, sketches of parts, and pictures to follow to help you build this unique wooden kinetic sculpture. No batteries or plug ins needed. Sculpture uses a hanging weight to power the escapement wheel that pushes a pendulum that turns the flywheel. Art piece is made of plywood parts that you will make. Some 1/4'' bolts and a 1 small bearing are needed but the rest is wood. Material list of parts needed will help you along. The Gravity Motor is approx. 12'' wide x 20'' tall x 4'' deep after you build it, and the hanging weight measures approx. 8'' wide x 15'' tall x 2-1/4'' deep after you build it. This is a faster moving kinetic sculpture that will run approx. 4-5 minutes after you crank up the weight. Definitely a challenging unique wood project, sure to be a conversation starter. Would look good in your home or office after you make this project. I left mine plain, but you could stain or paint parts of the Gravity Motor to give it a different look. ( Plans are a digital file that you can download immediately after your purchase and print out from your computers printer. It is the same idea as someone emailing you pages to read and you print it out on your printer.)
